The company was founded by Pavla Kruzela in 1990 with the aim of delivering training and coaching for multinational companies. Pavla was faculty member at The Center for Creative Leadership in Bryssel, The Training Management Institute in Princeton and Executive Foundation in Lund.


Pavla has an MBA, Licentiate in economics and is a member of faculty at the Department of Service Management at Lund University in Sweden. www.ism.lu.se
